MN EV Owners October Meeting

Join the MN Electric Vehicle (EV) Owners group at Owens Scient Hall Auditorium (OWS 150) at the University of St. Paul Campus on Tuesday, October 29, from 6-8:30 PM for their bimonthly meeting that gathers EV owners, new drivers, and enthusiasts alike. This month’s event features guest attendance from Jukka Kukkonen, a professor at St. Thomas who teaches a Market and Technologies course. Accordingly, college students will be joining the MN EV Owners’ October meeting to learn more about electric vehicles and network with local MN EV drivers.

Event Highlights:

  • Guest Presentation: Learn about Evie, the leading US EV car-sharing program, and related local initiatives with Kevin Lawless, a Board Chair at HOURCAR.
  • Meeting Agenda:
    • 6:00-6:30 PM – Opening and Introductions
    • 6:30-8:00 PM – Presentation on HOURCAR, Evie Carshare, and the EV Spot Network
    • 8:00-8:30 PM – General Updates and Q&A

Cost: Free, but registration is required. Register here

Parking and Transit:
Parking is available at the Anderson Parking Facility across the street at Cretin and Grand (parking fee applies), with limited street parking nearby. If you would like to avoid parking, then Carshare and transit line drop-offs are also nearby and accessible.
