Minnesota State Fair Eco Experience
August 22 - September 2
Visit the Eco Experience building, presented by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, at the Minnesota State Fair to get inspiration for ways to lead a more sustainable life with easy, everyday reduce-reuse-recycle how-to’s, and engaging, interactive exhibits on renewable energy, green technology, organic agriculture, transportation alternatives, healthy cooking, and clean air and water, and more!
The Eco experience includes a showcase of the newest electric cars, trucks, and bikes. Check out the newest in clean transportation options and learn about available government incentives for their purchase.
Other attractions include the opportunity to fly an animatronic Monarch Butterfly while learning about pollinators, booths from community partners working on solutions to climate change, and the chance to win a multipurpose buff if you complete an “Eco Bingo” game!
The showcase is available throughout the fair, from August 22 through September 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
