Plug It In! Wayzata

Join Wayzata Energy and Environment Committee, Fresh Energy, and Shift2Electric for an exciting, in-person and socially-distanced electric vehicle event! Participants can check out a variety of plug-in vehicles and talk with owners about their experiences on driving, owning, and charging EVs in Minnesota.

Local auto dealers will have EVs (new and used) available to view. Electric bikes will also be displayed.

Date: September 9, 2021 5:30 p.m. - The parking lot walk-through EV showroom opens 7 p.m. - Presentations begin

Speakers:

• J. Drake Hamilton, Science Policy Director at Fresh Energy will discuss renewable energy and EV policy.
• Jukka Kukkonen, Chief EV Educator, Shift2Electric will discuss EV selection and charging 101.
• The presentations will be followed by a Q&A.
