Currently, the limited number of EV models on the market is one of the biggest obstacles for faster EV adoption. When vehicle availability increased in Europe at the beginning of this year, EVs gained record market share. In Europe, this change was pushed forward by tightening vehicle emission regulations. This trend has not continued in the US, but fortunately developments in Europe and China will trickle to the US. Tesla’s success is also pushing other manufacturers. Shift2Electric expects to have over 100 EVs in the market in 2023. The biggest growth is predicted to be in CUVs, SUVs and pickup trucks. Join Shift2Electric on Thursday to talk about this topic.
