2017 Green Expo

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. for the annual Green Expo at the National Sports Center.

Whether you’re passionate about growing groundwater concerns, reducing the amount of waste you produce, purchasing local foods, or exploring more ways to be eco-friendly, the Green Expo is the right venue to continue educating and empowering yourself and your family. This FREE event features something for everyone:

-Free ride and drive event – test drive an all-electric vehicle, presented by Rosedale Chevrolet and Connexus Energy (Drive Electric Minnesota will be there too!)

-Kids’ hands-on activity presented by The Home Depot

-Tiny Solar House on display

-Free reusable thermal tote giveaway

-Sports equipment drive – have old gear? Bring it to the expo and give it new life (Small, personal equipment only. No bladed items, no electronics) – benefiting the Sanneh Foundation

-Great local and national vendors

-Presentations on sustainability and reducing your impact
