Great news! We’ve got the necessary tools and resources to get you started. Our suite of pages covers the following topics:
Becoming EV Ready
Cities have tremendous influence over how and where infrastructure is built and serve as a critical partner in the transportation electrification market transformation effort. This page discusses the five principles of what constitutes an EV-ready city and provides resources to get you started.
Cities Charging Ahead!
Cities Charging Ahead!, co-led by the Great Plains Institute and Clean Energy Resource Teams, was a peer cohort of 28 cities that worked together across Minnesota to explore electric vehicle (EV)-readiness. Participating cities received technical assistance focused on actions and best practices, based on the GreenStep Cities program, that accelerated the adoption of EVs. This page presents accomplishments from the cohort and provides a host of resources designed to help local governments to educate community members about EVs.
