DESCRIPTION:Join the Electric Vehicle Association for an EV basics workshop on September 30 at GS Motors in Hopkins. The workshop\, celebrating National Drive Electric Month\, will answer questions about using or owning an EV. Event is free to attend and open to anyone. \nThe workshop will cover three main topics: \n• What to consider when purchasing an EV\n• How to charge for daily use\, how to use DC fast chargers\n• How to plan for road trips \nParticipants will have the chance to see a variety of used EVs after the workshop. \nAs an EV owner since 2017\, the workshop instructor Stu Henry is a member of Drive Electric Minnesota and MN EV Owners\, and an experienced advocate for EVs. \nFor more information and to RSVP\, visit the EV basics website.
