DESCRIPTION:Be part of an introductory webinar on April 21\, 2026\, at 1:00 p.m. CT to learn about Energy Ready’s Charging Smart technical assistance and national designation program. The Great Plains Institute\, facilitator of Drive Electric Minnesota\, is a founding partner of Charging Smart. \nLocal jurisdictions play a critical role in shaping the policies\, processes\, and programs that support the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. By streamlining installation and permitting\, local governments can expand access to EV charging for residents\, businesses\, and visitors alike. \nThis session will provide an overview of the Charging Smart program and how it can support local EV readiness efforts.
